At Nested Peak, every product is made to order — designed in the USA and crafted with care through our private-label production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Production Time All orders require 5–7 business days for production before shipment. This applies to all apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products in our catalog.
Shipping Timeframes (after production)
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days (where available)
Total estimated delivery time is production time + shipping time.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — please contact us at support@nestedpeak.com for inquiries.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@nestedpeak.com and we will work to make it right.
Made-to-Order Notice Because all Nested Peak products are made to order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
